I think you're missing a few specific things that Shaman's can do during these bosses.Slabhide - if you are in a PUG, many people will get hit by lava pools. You will not be able to keep them alive if they stand in bad stuff for more than 4-5 seconds, so throw a rip tide on them and hope they get out.Ozruk - if your ranged DPS friends are not reflecting DOTs on themselves, you can cleanse Paralyze and prevent them from taking that ~50k arcane damageHigh Priestess Azil - you can Wind Shear the Force Grip. This prevents an incredible amount of damage to the tank and makes the fight much easier

I've mentioned it before in your dungeon guide articles: Wind Shear is often the biggest heal you have. Use it liberally.It's worth mentioning that Force Grip has both a cast time and it's channeled, so even if you're a little slow to get the interrupt off, you can (and should) interrupt the channel to prevent even more damage, and allow the tank to actually control positioning (and they probably can't parry, dodge, or block while being flung around, either.)
