To me, as a mostly solo player, it has to be the dungeon finder. Back in TBC, I didn't usually run many dungeons (maybe once in a while, if my guild was desperate for a DPS and no one with raid gear was online) because I'd rather be out there farming Netherwing rep than sit in Shatt and spam "LFG any dungeon/heroic!" all day. : /
