i find using mind control so damn useful in vortrex pinnacle, the adepts can dish out good damage and also heal, so when im healing VP i mind control the mob and be able to put some strong heals on the tank, by the time the MC is finish most mobs are dead

It's also worth noting that in Vortex Pinnacle, the Minister of Air's Lightning Lash spell is completely random and WILL break other ccs when cast. Conversely, if you cast MC from inside the lightning triangle yourself, you're immune from said spell and will likely hold MC longer than outside of it.

And while on the topic of priests + Vortex Pinnacle. On the last boss, give yourself levitate (and anyone you want to give the achieve to as well) at the beginning and after every chain lightning. Free achieve without having to split-second-time your jumps.
