The Daily Quest: Dance Dance Revolution

WoW Insider's on a Daily Quest to bring you interesting, informative and entertaining WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
I discovered the above video earlier this week -- and by "discovered," I mean, "emerged from the rock I was apparently living under and stumbled across it." While I find it terribly amusing by its own standards (I mean, come on -- bouncing happy paladin accompanied by happy bouncing music? You cannot go wrong here!), it was the first comment on the video that amused me -- an argument over whether the blood elf in the video is a boy or a girl. Does it really matter that much? Apparently, this topic isn't limited to YouTube videos, as one post from today delves into the topic in regards to WoW:
- Tree Bark Jacket throws around some numbers on just how many pink-knickers-wearing bosses there are in WoW.
- Unrelated but also incredibly interesting, Big Bear Butt talks about the (un)holy trinity of DPS, tanks and healers.
- Lastly, Manalicious has a word or two for the fishing profession.

Most people have a hard time telling them apart by their plumage. The easiest way is to pick them up by their tails and look for a little bump (those are males).

Going off of Big Bear Butt's suggestion of giving every class a unique tanking spec, here's some specs that could probably make it work (PS don't flame me for stealing your spec or whatever...this is just a thought exercise):
-Priests: Discpline, becoming a monk that deflects blows and survives through sheer force of will.
-Rogues: Combat, this one should be pretty obvious. Swashbuckler that can survive through evasion.
-Hunter: Beastmaster, reduces Hunter and pet damage output, but gives huge survival and threat output to pet of choice.
-Warlock: Either Demonology or Affliction, but I think Demonology would mirror Beastmastery too much. Affliction could be a draining tank spec.
Gotta go now...looking forward to other ideas. :)

Give enhance shammies back a tanking option. There used to be a reason why that class could equip shields.

We know that would screw with Blizzard's star child, the Arena... Everything needs to be balanced in PvP terms, no matter the wasted opportunities in PvE.
