The problem comes when paralyze finishes its duration and deals ~60k damage that the healer usually doesn't have the time or mana to really focus on because the tank MUST stay up. The reason I have such a huge issue with this fight is because your options as a hunter are:

1) Sacrifice 75% or so of your dps to get rid of paralyze, or
2) Ignore it and hope to god your healer is either really good or really perceptive with cleanse. Otherwise, you die, period.

However, I have found a useful trick to get around paralyze downing http://www.wowhead.com/item=38466 right before paralyze, as it gives you a 3 second DoT that deals like, 50 fire damage. Breaks you right out.
