1. Anything is possible, but there never was any evidence. Titan influences are usually easy to spot. So the answer is "probably not."
2. Since it's not likely they were ever there, and there is no hint of any Titan artifacts, it's not likely Titan relics were blown up.
3. One time deal (on azeroth anyway) of the old god issue.
Draenor/Outland lore is seriously messed up, it's been retconned and twisted many times so it's hard to know what's what. That being said, there has not been any hint of Titans or Old Gods on Draenor. I would have to imagine some kind of tentacles or Old God blood would have spilled out when the entire planet split open. No, the bulk of the evil on draenor is from the Burning Legion and the demonic influences of that evil.
