There's little evidence that Draenor (before it was broken, sucked into the Twisting Nether, and the remnants renamed Outland) was anywhere near Azeroth. The fragment we've visited is fairly near Azeroth, as such things are measured in the Twisting Nether. There are NPCs that refer to players as descended from Titan constructs, however, and they don't make exceptions for any of the races; we know how humans (and consequently worgen and Forsaken) , gnomes, and dwarves are connected to the titans, but the dialog implies that trolls, elves, tauren, goblins, and even the non-Azerothian orcs and draenei are descended from Titan seed races. It's also possible the quest designers were limited in their ability to change the dialog appropriately.
