Druids use Insect Swarm (ticks faster, less mana cost than Moonfire, IIRC), Priests use Shadow Word: Pain, Shamans use Flame Shock, and paladins use...? That last seems to have the options of A) melee the boss for a bleed, B) hop in the mole machine for some firey brew, C) run with a shadow priest to cleanse the paralyze, or D) play catchup after the paralyze dot hits.
To be honest, if the tank is avoiding Shatter and Ground Wave, Ozruk doesn't do that much damage; I tanked him for the first time last night, and it went very smoothly, even though I forgot about Shield Slam dispelling the spell reflect, and consequently we had four people eating the paralyze damage every time it was cast.
