Few things first, if we have old gods on this planet and the titans want them locked up i "assume" than what we have on the planet is heavy security in their eyes.
sooo a draenor with not old gods may just have a few outposts here and there no need for huge defense systems.
Also whats to say that the titan systems weren't corrupted when they planet was.
they only reason that algalon was called was because the prime designate died and ulduar was able to transmit the signal but if the entire planet went boom i dont think one bit of our draenor ulduar would be left, let alone fuctional
Even if the titans got wind of it there wouldnt be much left to look at being that the planet was blown up
they are busy so they could have just taken what they saw for all it was worth and got back to work
Another thing if you do the quest chain in uldum we destroyed the re-origination device so not all titan devices are perfect
we really dont have much on the nature of the titans them selves so its hard to say anything
