It's been all but confirmed that the Walk in the Light "nerf" is really a typo. A Blue post earlier confirmed that it would be reduced BY 5% to 10%. With the fix to Conviction that allows it to work on non-self heals, it's a net gain of 4% healing.

That and the MMO Champion database lists it at 10%.
