I think it's important to point out specifically that in terms of rotation priority, always try and use your first five CPs on Rip, THEN use SR with your next bundle of CPs. It's easy to get stuck in the Wrath mindset that SR must be kept up at all times, but getting Rip onto your target is much more important now.
Also, Glyph of Faerie Fire is garbage for cats. Like, really bad. Glyph of Rake is at least moderately useful on trash pulls and while soloing.

Disagree that FF is garbage; if you're the person in your raid responsible for putting up that -armor debuff, you want it up ASAP. (I'm not sure what else you'd choose. Roots would be a good choice, but after that patch, not so much.) Rake? What flees anymore?
