I fell out of the bottom of the airship in Deepholm. :D I was so busy clicking the icon for my parachute cloak that I didn't realized until after I had died that it had been one of the few pieces of gear I'd already upgraded and I'd never gotten around to putting a new parachute on it. Oops...

Me too! I flew under to kill some mobs and fell right out of the bottom. My warrior fell - hard - and caused great laughter amongst my guildies when I facepalmed aloud to them right after. Great moment!

I had a similar experience but then i realized i was a druid. :p Instant cast flight form FTW!
