First death, on my PvE realm was actually to PvP in the first Vashj'ir area in the first few hours of the expansion. Was great fun hanging with friends and ganking hordies whilst waiting for quest mobs to spawn. Of course, the 3 dimensional aspect of the zone lead to us getting split up pretty easily, and getting ganked ourselves... eheheh.
