Taco seasoning? Bah! I say. I wish I was home for my recipe because I make killer tacos. I do know the only ingredients are chili powder, season all salt, cumin, garlic (I use fresh, but the recipe I took from calls for powder and is equally good), and then a little tomato paste for texture. If I think of it, i will share when I do get home.

But tacos do sound good now. Maybe I'll make some tonight.

@Hicks I have been listening to bands like the Police for more than 20 years now. Shockingly I had never heard most of the Outlandos d'Amour album from the Police until I read the article you linked. I'm listening to it now on Grooveshark; it seriously rocks. It's like there was a Hole In My Life and Now I'm Not the Same.
