Yeah, what Dreyja pointed out has to be the most obvious problem with getting Breakfast Topics. As far as I can tell, a pretty big chunk of this sites regular visitors are from Europe, and a handful of us are Canadian, and I see commentors from South America and Africa every so often, so the whole SEED thing's USA-only limitation is really holding back on Breakfast Topic submissions.They used to have "please send in Breakfast Topics" articles fairly often for a while, and has only happened a couple of times since 4.0.3 hit, so maybe more Americans have been turned on to the Breakfast Topic submissions, and even more traffic from American players, but that's still a lot of people being left out.
