Another thought is to give trade a try. "WTS X enchant for Y gold, or free w your mats". This is always good for people who don't have alot of time or dont want to spend alot of time for some nice starter enchants. Its not a bad notion to do this for leveling enchanting, ie you can offer some decent enchant for the cost of materials plus a bit. The advantage is that you dont commit those materials to something where you may not get any ROI.
