Alliance-side:The Wildhammer questline in Twilight Highlands is, hands down, the funniest quest chain I have ever done, up to and including the hilarious and epic wedding ceremony. The attitudes of the dwarves in the face of total annihilation is both inspiring and gut-busting.Gnomebliteration is the greatest stand-alone quest. I wish they would make it a daily.Honorable mention goes to the John J. Keeshan chain, which really pulls you in and makes for a fun experience. I played through it with more than one alt even though I was a few levels above and didn't get the appropriate amount of experience.

The wedding song is my favorite quest ever.

That quest had me cracking up for one major reason:During the wedding cutscene, everything is idyllic and serene. You zoom into the happy couple at the altar . . . and you see Isorath's tentacles waving wildly in the background.I couldn't help myself from laughing.

The wedding was awesome! The first quest area of Highlands didn't do much for me but the more you do the more little gems become uncovered. By the time I finished the zone I was really wanting more. So many awesome things/stories took place in that zone.

The Wildhammer Wedding: Never have I wanted so badly to be able to pause the game and call in the whole family to share in the hilarity. I managed to grab a few screenshots, but refuse to show them to anyone who hasn't yet "officiated" this event.
