I cannot believe nobody has mention the greatest quest chain ever yet.

I'm obviously speaking of the Maximillian of Northshire quest series in Un'Goro. They are hands down, the best quest chain I've seen in Cataclysm (and I've finished doing Loremaster of Cataclysm, Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor).

If you haven't seen these yet, get yourself down to Golakka Hot Springs right away and be ready to laugh yourself silly!
