I started in 2.2, well, hit 70 in 2.2, we cleared BT before 3.0 came out... It wasnt that hard. I got ran through kara for the most part once my gear was there and I got attuned(which was easy). Then, they were in TK/SSC so when I got geared, I was rotated in, got my vials eventually and went onto T6. Is it too much to ask for you to, I dunno, see the content in order? I would of HATED to miss out on Ulduar, that was such a good raid, but many people did since you could just jump right in to the latest raid content(which is why I HATED wrath, carrying bads through raids since they never actually raided before). Our guild doesnt accept anyone who doesn't have extensive raid experience, because since their is no attunements, the only way to prove you know how to be compedent is to see a good raid history, the further back the better, since raids were harder back then.

Back in my day we had to get attuned to get to Hogger. It was a 27 part quest chain that started in Northshire and circled Azeroth seven times. It was a mixture of fed-ex quests, 1% drop rate quests, and group/dungeon quests. it took most people a month, I did it in 3 hours with a little help from my lvl 60 friends. I think everyone should have to do the same. Now it's a joke. Hogger is just in Stocks, they don't even have to leave the damn city.
