Shaman are now the best interrupters with wind shear. 25 yd range, 4 sec cd talented, one shaman can interrupt better than two rogues AND be out of melee range. The only catch is the spell hit requirement, but any raider should be spell capped anyway. Complaining about an OP interrupt is a little silly, but dammit it's what Rogues were best at.

The interrupt from Kick is far longer than Wind Shear, although this isn't as valuable in Cata.
