She ordered a race change and couldn't queue for dungeons until today's 4.0.6 hotfix.

@Death Ooh, I'd bet on it. The Twilights appeared in Wrath for seemingly no reason, after all, and the naga are suspiciously prominent in this one as well...

And I, for one, can't wait. The Battlemaiden made me fall in love with naga. ;)
