I hate having to drop two points in Improved Psychic Scream for Silence. I love the spell, but with the changes to Mind Blast making Improved Mind Blast a much better investment, I find myself with the will to dump anything else to get it.
So Mr. Van Allen - as a fellow New Englander, how are you coping with the snow? I'm ready to consider something drastic (like moving to Florida), as I'm literally bursting into tears every time the dreaded word is mentioned on a weather report.

The Somerville/Cambridge area is especially terrible, because every street is already narrow enough without snow that it's problematic to get down it -- mix in people who 1. suck at shovelling and 2. suck at parking, and driving around town takes 2x as long as it used to :(
I got stuck behind a school bus today which actually got stuck, trying to pull over to the side of the road enough to let another school bus pass. It was sort of hilarious, but it turned what is a 10 minute drive on a good day into a 40 minute nightmare.
I saw 7 smashed side mirrors on my drive this morning.
(On the plus side, it was in the 40s over the weekend, so some if it did actually melt.)

I'm hoping, at some point, Blizzard swaps Psychic Horror and Silence in the talent trees.

Unfortunately, our shadow priests have to keep Silence and two points in Inner Sanctum for certain raid fights (considering that we must work with the melee interrupts and healers we are given). Here is the spec that we use:
