I haven't been playing my shadow priest much but am about to get back on him, so I have a noobish question: When Empowered Shadows is on, does it increase the damage of the DoTs already up, or do they need to be reapplied? How does it work with SW:P and the mind flay refreshes?

It needs to be reapplied, but this should only be an issue at the start of a fight.

SW:P doesn't need refreshing, that happens automatically. VT and DP do need refreshing to take advantage of ES.

Sorry, I know this has been said many, many times, but...

Every time I see someone write "Thanks Fox!" I immediately think "Do a barrel roll!"

And I mean that as a compliment, of course. :)

Follow on to this. How does haste apply? When the Hurricane enchant hits, do we need to refresh SW:P to get it to tick faster or is haste a parameter of the individual and not the spell?

Also, for what it's worth, keep an eye out for anything that boosts mastery... it bumps empowered shadows so you need to refresh SW:P for that.
