I only just got went from 78-80 last night on my SPriest but I did notice a significant increase in my DPS, in fact, in every instance I did for those two levels I was either the top DPS or a very very close second, and thats using BoA and only a few Cata Greens (less than my other group players). The changes to Mind Sear are a God send. While its still useless in PvP, targeting my Tank while he runs into a group of trash my Sear can kill off in its channel time is great. Not only that, it makes my rotation a lot more forgiving. It's still a costly spell but the DPS I get out of it (so far) seems to outweigh what I used to struggle to get casting multiple SW:P's and spamming Mind Flay.I dont have Mind Blast yet and I havent reforged my gear yet but so far so good. I never though SPriest was in a bad place, especially in PvP which I feel like a smart SPriest can dominate (and usually do in my experience) but I will never complain about a buff. That said, I do have an 85 Pally and pre-patch (and under 80) I would have avoided a SPriest. Why? Because I murder Pally's on mine. However, in the 85's range I've had no problem what so ever killing Priests. Maybe they were just bad but I'm hoping this patch will keep me from learning the truth, that SPriest was underpowered at 85.
