Matt Low says that the video still makes him do the "hand thing." We don't know what the "hand thing" is, but we're sure it's catchy. And finally, a bit of trivia: Ninja Raiders was one of the few songs at the BlizzCon 2010 party that inspired attendees to dance.

The one thing worst than a loot-ninja is the loot-OS-ninja. If you want to ninja a loot drop don't hide behind "mind if I need for off spec?". Just hit need and reveal yourself for the ninja you are.

I'm a big fan of Ember's voice. Though I enjoyed her translation of Lament of the Highborne, I still enjoy her parodies more. Let's hope she does another soon.

This is my all-time favorite WOW based song. I think I have a soft spot cause I play a female Draenei hunter as my main :D
And I totally know what Matt means about the hand thing -- I always try to do the stompy march thing :)

There was a dancing party at BlizzCon?
Don't get me wrong, but I'd pay money to see fellow WoW players dance on that :))
Although I can't blame them - I always find myself bouncing on my chair and doing the "hand thing" whenever I listen to either the original or Embersolte's version (both are great).
FYI, the "hand thing" is that move Beyonce and the dancers do at 1:50

Just to see what the "hand thing" was, I checked out the linked original video of the song. Now I know, and I've come away with the impression that Beyonce & Co. are immitating ugly dancing flightless birds trying to attract mates for the majority of the song.
On a post-related note, this is one of my favorite music based WoW videos, and it was even my ring tone on my husband's phone for a while.
Another reason I like it may be because I have lots of hunters

I am so amazed how much Ember sounds like Beyonce. I am not a big fan of Beyonce, but I am a fan of Ember. Such a fun song.

As much as I love being reminded that this song existed... Is it just me, or has Moviewatch been posting almost exclusively old videos lately? Is there really that big a dearth in worthwhile new vids that you're stuck digging up stuff from months or years ago?
