It's also very important that everyone in the raid is assigned to a specific healer. That doesn't mean you can't help heal others but you must absolutely get your targets above 10k after a massacre. It is also important to coordinate cd's on feuds with other healers, you are going to have to deal with 3-4 and you need at least one big cd a fued. If you have a warlock you can have a coordinated HS fued.

Divine shield can have it's place as well. The following is theoretical as I haven't actually pulled it off. At 26%(I thought p3 started at 20%) hit the MT with a loh and hit chimaeron with a taunt as you haul ass. When he reaches you you can bubble and he will turn around and head back towards the tank, then you can continue to dps and save you bop for who ever gets next on threat after the tank dies.

I think at 25% he stops using Caustic Slime, and at 20% he applies Massacre... kind of a transition phase. I don't recall, I just know we pop Lust at 25% and we try to get everyone topped off ASAP.
