General
- Players who are exalted with 40 factions are again awarded The Exalted title. Note that the associated achievement does not state that this title will be awarded when it's earned. This will be corrected in a future patch. More information can be found here.
- Druids
- Starfall will now hit any target in range which is in combat or not at full health (including the Exposed Head of Magmaw, which was causing issues with Starfall).
- Paladins
- The hotfix to Beacon of Light and Light of Dawn on February 11 did not produce the intended results and has been reverted. Light of Dawn should still trigger Beacon of Light.
- Blackwing Descent
- The Atramedes achievement Silence is Golden was incorrectly failing when any raid member's sound bar went over 30%. The achievement now requires no one's sound bar to go over 50% as advertised.
- Alchemy
- The Mysterious Potion was restoring the wrong amount of mana. It now restores 1 to 15,000 mana, instead of 1 to 30,000.
- Fishing
- The Bone and Jeweled Fishing Pole quest rewards are now item level 15, down from 200.
- Herbalism
- Whiptail was spawning too quickly in Uldum after patch 4.0.6. The spawn time has been reduced.

They claim they have.
There's a blue post on MMO Champ about it.
BUT their claim also sounds like it supposedly happened in the past, and I saw the issues myself not a week ago, so I'm skeptical.
Either way, yes, fix please!! Or fix the fix. I don't care which lol c:

There's one Twilight Jasmine that spawned up in a tree on my server and it's been there for weeks. After countless attempts, I finally managed to land on the tip of a nearby branch in druid flight form and pick it.
Should anybody but me care? Probably not. But I felt a greater sense of achievement from finally picking that imaginary flower than I have all week.

Yea I find myself agreeing with their exalted revert. It set a really disturbing precedence. Imagine leaving the game for a while and in that time a new expansion hits. Then you log in and your Loremaster, Exalted, and Explorer titles are all gone because new content has arrived and pushed up the requirements on each of those titles. That would totally blow. I'm glad blizz isn't doing that.
Whatever we say about them they do listen to the community instead of just sitting on their mountain of money and saying "tough shit" whenever anyone has a complaint.

I haven't noticed too much of a difference. It looks like the nerf just might be a happy medium.

So... I was running a random normal with some guildmates so we could help one person learn how to heal, since she wanted to try it but has never done it before. To be safe, we had a backup healer. I went on my druid alt in my Balance spec. I was somewhat excited about the change to Starfall, since it was changed to not hit targets that weren't in combat, I figured I could be a bit less paranoid about its use. Our random was Grim Batol.
Patchnotes:

Yeaaah.... Let's just say it's a good thing we had a backup healer. *cough*

I have 4 36 slot herb bags full of whiptail right now from a day and a half of farming. I was hoping to get a few more filled so I can hammer out some Darkmoon cards in mass quickly :(

The spawn rate of whiptail was NOT too high. I was actually able to find some despite the hordes of people out there farming it.
The spawn rate of twilight jasmine is way way way too low. If I find 3 plants in half an hour, that's a lot. It is really frustrating, because the two flasks I use the most both require twilight jasmine.
The worst part is that each of those is available in only one zone each. Transplant them into other zones. Put them in lower level zones. It's not like you really have to be high level to farm them anyway. Spread them out so that two people farming at the same time don't deplete the entire resource for everyone.

On my server (Scarlet Crusade) I can collect two to three stacks of Twilight Jasmine in about half an hour. I wonder if there's something wrong with the spawn rate on your server or if it is just over-populated.

It would be interesting if mining and herbalism node's respawn rate was related to the population in zone like skinning nodes. (I mean beasties)

There's a difference between the title and the bear. With the exalted title, they took away from people who already earned it. The bear did not get taken away from people who already earned it, because people who got it back then still have it now.
It was the taking away something people already earned (and making them re-earn it) that people objected to.

The funny thing is I am a druid too and I just tried out what you did and it worked!!! so yeah I care lol now the only thing they need to fix is the phased ones I hate dropping down by one of those and it going away before I could get it.
