A guildie of mine did a 20minute Heroic Lost City the other night through LFD. Even Grim Batol took us ~45 minutes witha few AFKs last night and I was on my hunter wearing greens.

Don't worry, we'll be steamrolling these places like Heroic UP again in a month.
