The mask is one of the items that has a chance to be in the Love is in the Air boss box.

Forgot it's name, but it's a mask you get from opening the box of chocolates from the daily boss kill for the love is in the air event. It's a blue item and has a 20 minute cooldown use that will stun an enemy for 30 seconds and will break on damage. Very nice helm for farming herbs with mobs that will interfere such as the crocs along the rivers in uldum. You can stun them and pick the herb quickly to beat anyone that would try to come along and snatch your herb while you're trying to clear the mob.
Also, I used the cooldown, but noticed the item does not have a countdown on the remaining cooldown time. While the item is "on cooldown" you can still spray enemies with a purple cloud of smelly stuff, but it will not stun them again until the cooldown is over.

Black is a much better match for that red than the shade of pink you linked. You'd probably wear a patterned jacket over a dress with the same pattern, too. This makes me sad.
