My personal favourites are;

From WoW:Mosaic - Black Temple, Fury of the Sunwell.
WoW:BC - Illidan (Basically what you hear when you first enter the Dark Portal), Outland Suite (mostly played in Nagrand), Escape from Durnholde (Warden's Cage where you talk to Akama).
WoW:Wrath - Totems of Grizzlemaw, Mountains of Thunder and most of the music from Icecrown Citadel (Sindragosa, Gunship battle, Ice Fortress).

Most of the new zones in Cata are a major improvement from the Vanilla BGMs.
