I'm of two minds.
I usually use the Soundtrack addon to add my own (usually video game) music to the game, because I'm not overly fond of the atmospheric style used by most of WoW's music-- but every so often, one of the game's songs really stands out to me.
Nightsong is one example (I was absolutely floored the first time I heard it, in Azshara), but the most triumphant example would be the in-game version of Thaurissan's Reach-- it plays in bits and pieces in Grim Batol, and unfortunately only one part of it is available on the official soundtrack. The strings used in the rest of the song give me chills every time.
