Thank goodness for the increase in healing output for my water shammy. Been feeling like my heals just weren't doing enough and my mana bar has paid for it.
For those of you who may be like "But is 15% increase really THAT noticeable/important?" Yes, absolutely yes. If you're asking that though you're probably not playing a Cata healer.

Finally, FINALLY buffs to shamans. I was worried our healing was rock bottom only because we bring mana-tide. I'm glad this is not the case.
Heck, people were blunt and told me that shamans are way too low on "healing meters" so they would rather bring priests and paladins to raid even as semi-hardcore raids because why bring healer that heals less than others and their buffs being brought by others (6% sp and time warp eh..). I was watching and trying to learn how does those WoL toppers heal as shamans and I was kinda confused - most of their healing was healing rain and chain heal.. something I hardly do because of the mana cost and very situational them being.

15% buff to healing? Of course thats worth it. Next time someone asks ask them if they would noticed a 15% damage boost
