The disc nerf bothers me less than the attitudes of the meter-readers. Fundamentally, this comes down to an issue of encounter mechanics, not about class buffs or nerfs. Unfortunately, the QQ that erupts on the forums every time something like this comes out focuses more on nerfing "their" class and buffing "my" class, rather than focusing on the issues with the individual mechanics.Disc priests always have and always *will* be better in some fights than in others - this is true of any class. So rather than trying to perform a tight-rope balancing act with class talents or abilities, they should instead focus on the core encounter mechanics. Every healing class should be able to heal any encounter, with variations based on their toolset. As long as people continue to live and die by the meters, we'll stay on this rollercoaster and not solve the real issue.
