Uh, why is that not okay? Your group is at the front of the queue, and will get a replacement fairly quickly. If I've already run my random heroic, but I'm also running, say, Halls of Origination everyday for some particular piece, if that piece drops, why would I stay? I don't need the other gear. I have my VP for the day. I have absolutely no reason to continue killing bosses in that dungeon.
