It appears that Mac Drivers are something they are working on, but if you buy this Mouse today, you will NOT be able to do much with it.

Out of the box, you CAN connect this via the cord. The keys on the side map to the Numbers 0-9 on the keyboard or num pad, but you can't setup macros or alter the mappings at all.
