Shaman need divine guardian. Only one spec of one class has divine guardian. We can call it Spirit Shield - All party or raid members partially shift into the spirit realm, reducing all damage taken by 20%. Lasts 10 seconds. 2 min cooldown.

Only difference is that this affects the shaman, whereby divine guardian does not affect the paladin.
