Raid Rx: What druid and shaman cooldowns would you like to see?

As a resto shaman I would like to see a CD ability tied to Earth Shield. Something like press panic button to prevent x incoming damage to ES target. Each charge of ES remaining prevents X damage, any remaining damage absorbtion left from charges becomes a priest like shield. 1 or 2 minute cool down.
