Honestly, most of the mechanics that people mention are already played out and used in some form or another on different classes. What I'd like to see is some form of cooldown that places a buff on the target which causes them to be healed for a certain percentage of the damage they do, or maybe some sort of debuff placed on the mob that does the same thing, heals for a certain percentage of damage done to them.
