The idea of two 10 man groups within guild makes me cringe deep deep inside. We run a 25-man guild, and back in wrath, dealing with forming and running 10 man groups in addition to our 25s schedule was both a logistical nightmare and a major source of drama. In fact, there's only one example of two separate groups running in the same guild that I can see being viable. There's a guild that runs an AM team and also a PM team on my server that seems to make it work pretty well. Each team recruits separately and (I assume, since I'm not in that guild) members don't cross between teams. Otherwise, you run the risk of people feeling like it becomes an "a" team vs "b" team type situation, and we all know that's bad.
