First, I will say there should be more than 2 officers in a raiding guild. Beyond that I think that if the first 10 that were ready are raiding and the others are waiting for more to be ready this is a problem that should work its self out. The only issue you will have is that some will look at it as an A team/B team whether it is or not. In my experiences breaking up raiding teams will slow your progression and turn some people off. I just wish you luck.
