I'd like to see something connected to the spirit world instead of the elements. Maybe some kind of swanky channeled spell that would summon the ancestors to go apeshit with healing on those who need it.

The shaman channels the spirit of three ancestors to appear and throw cool potent chain heals on the lowest health target for eight seconds. Party or raid members will take 20% less damage during the spell.
