What I was trying to say was that a person that has 5 characters that share rep, they'd be able to get all 5 characters to exalted much faster than someone that just runs those dailies once per day, and thus get all the epics from them in 1/5 of the days. I don't mean that someone that puts in more work shouldn't get rewarded for it, I'm just saying that it wouldn't be right for Blizz to make it seem like you have to have multiple 85s to be competitive at progression (although, at this point, there's been ample time to get to exalted with Baradin's Wardens).
However, as Tim said, they could fix that advantage with account-wide dailies, but at that point they'd be cutting off a significant portion of income for the player base.
