That trinket is not actually good. As spriests we generally have no need for any mana return that we don't already have. The intellect is less than the pseudo-intellect on the worst trinket listed in fox's list. The 4200 arcane nova on a 1-minute cooldown is hardly what i would call a dps ability. This is a healing trinket with the nova as a sort of cute little quirk. Maybe some noob boomkins still having mana trouble could see some use out of it i guess. Overall, I'm not really sure why you posted that.

Except this isn't an 'option' list, it's a top /ten/ list. As above reply noted, it's rather important to know that the Tyrande's Favorite Doll actually is worse than even the subpar 346 trinkets for an spriest.
