@Nathaniel, We'll probably get one, but knowing Blizz's penchant for making you buy pets, you'll probably have to buy it.

Something like:

JoeSnuffy has earned the achievement [Menagerie]!
JoeSnuffy has earned the achievement [I need to go get my wallet so I can purchase the mini pet I earned for getting the Menagerie achievement]!
