I know the one in the screen shot shows you the entrance to a cavern. Maybe they all do... I haven't checked.

I believe it might be some kind of new fishing item you can collect to use as your fishing bobber.

Those were datamined a long time ago. I didn't think we would ever see them.
Nice. I wonder if it's an actual fishing item, or just a reuse of the model?

I actually ran into two of those data mined "bobber" images yesterday, at Hayward Fishery (Worgen startind zone quests), they were being used as decorative doodads in the fishing shack. I don't think these images were ever intended for player use.
