I think she was forgotten when it comes her presents on the raid. They used a model of a standard Orc female to represent her when other characters "not central to the story" have been accurately represented with special looking character models, the half orc/draenei out in nagrand Lantresor of the Blade as an example. There is plenty of art and written descriptions for them to have fixed this but low and behold... they didn't. I think she may pop back up eventually but it will be more of an "oh yeah about her..." kind of thing.
