There's a big difference between finding a response unsatisfactory and the response actually being unsatisfactory.

If I submit a ticket about a small cosmetic change to a GM and they say it's intentional, I say "okay" and go on my merry way. Other people have ants in their pants and need to go ask mom when dad says no. And then ask grandma. And then ask grandpa. And then ask Aunt Joanne. And then ask Uncle Doug.
