I am a miner on several of my toons, simply because I still have them on both Horde and Alliance, and I cannot work out what all you are going on about reference the price of Obsidium Ore. I cannot work out how to price any ore on the Auction House as a matter of fact so that's nothing new.
The thing I try to do is price it to sell - what folks do after they buy it is of no concern to me, my main has all the flying bonuses so money isn't really a factor as far as I am concerned at the moment.
I do feel a tad icky when I put stuff on the AH at prices I feel are too high and folks still buy it.
