I like PW: B a lot. But it is very situational. And keeping whomever you want to protect INSIDE the bubble is damn hard - knee jerk reactions to standing in things makes everyone scramble away. If I have lots of melee, It is fairly effective [center on tank/boss]. If I have mostly casters? good luck with that.

If I get to use it once during a boss [heroics] fight successfully, it is pure bonus.
