One of the heads did, the other one is just really big on dental hygene.

Also, you don't HAVE to sacrifice personal dps if you have a worm. You can now dismiss pet even in combat. Its a few seconds of downtime, so it might not always be worth it, but I've done it a few times where I've used a corehound at the start to get ancient hysteria off then switched back to my spirit beast for the very sexy agi/str buff.

It's also great when you want to feign death to get out of combat quickly but your pet has other ideas.
